All of my imagery comes together from snapshots of nature. This piece is from a trunk of a tree in my backyard. The other day, I was outdoors with my daughter, on our way to our neighbors house, and I noticed an eye on one of our big trees. I tend to see faces and eyes and dream-type imagery amongst nature. It’s similar to daydreaming when looking up at the clouds and seeing visions or forms made by the clouds. I took a picture of the tree trunk where I saw the eye and noticed a beautiful blue hue on the trunk. I’ve lived here for 8 years and have seen this tree over and over and never noticed or seen this before. There’s so much around us, and every bit of it is alive. Amazing, rainbow, luminous, activating expansive energy is here.
This being was revealed and wanted a galactic background with a terrestrial-like body and raw innards enshrouded by light. He wears the hat of a guardian that supports ascension. His wise, confident and ancient stature looks both straight at you and up at the stars at the same time, welcoming your focus to transcend and transmute. His neck is like a yoke, meant to unite the physical with the divine.
This particular coming together of visual elements in this image only exist in this small file that remains of him, and cannot be printed. For he came and left quite quickly and wishes to remain in the ethers. (The file got deleted and I started to re-create him again out of all the original pieces, but then those all disappeared too…) This “Guardian, of the Physical” will not become physical for he serves best as a beacon that is always within the light.

When Nature gives itself to Art, the Artist hears the call.
Bringing fragments of photographed nature into the computer, to reflect, grid and perceive.
Made material by embedding ink onto metal and brought back to it’s place of inception, so that it may sing it’s song.
